5 Hotel and Car Brands That Are Leading on Luxury Multifamily

By Published On: September 6, 20225.5 min read

When it comes to luxury condominiums, hotel and car brands are leading the way. No longer are luxury towers their own entities. A much louder — and stronger — method of branding a residency is for it to be an arm of an already-existing and much larger brand that is synonymous with top notch service and luxury amenities. With more luxury towers in the works globally, five-star hotel brands like the Mandarin Oriental are opening their own towers, as is the Four Seasons and automotive brand Aston Martin.

Here are five luxury towers that are changing the game with a commitment to sustainability, community gathering spaces and more.
